These terms cover the post scheduler at juleslabador.com, operated by Jules Labador. By connecting an account or scheduling a post, you agree to them.
What it does
The scheduler publishes content you provide to the social accounts you connect (X, Instagram and TikTok) at the time you choose. On TikTok it uploads the content to your inbox as a draft, and you publish it yourself in the TikTok app.
Your content and your accounts
- You keep all rights to what you post. You give us permission to store it and send it to the platforms you picked, only for publishing it.
- You're responsible for what you post and for following each platform's own terms and community guidelines, including TikTok's Terms of Service and Music Usage Confirmation.
- Connect only accounts you own or are authorized to manage.
No guarantees
The service is provided as is. Platforms can reject, delay or change posts, and change or withdraw their APIs, so we can't promise that any post publishes, or publishes at an exact time. As far as the law allows, we aren't liable for missed, delayed or failed posts, or for any loss that results.
Stopping
You can disconnect an account at any time, and revoke the app's access in the platform's settings. We may change or stop the service, or these terms; the date at the top shows when they last changed.
